Nell’unica sessione di allenamento del Milan prevista per mercoledì a Milanello, iniziata alle 11:15 dopo il solito riscaldamento in palestra, il primo esercizio svolto sul campo centrale è stato un torello. Dopodiché la squadra di mister Montella ha continuato in gruppi separati.
Per i difensori lavoro specifico sul campo rialzato, per il resto dei giocatori lavoro sulla fase di impostazione sul centrale. I rossoneri, poi, si sono riuniti concentrandosi su esercitazioni specifiche: in una metà campo si è curata la fase offensiva, nell’altra la fase di transizione. In chiusura, partitella tattica e partitella finale.

I singoli: Alessio Romagnoli ha svolto la prima parte dell’allenamento in gruppo, proseguendo poi con una seduta personalizzata. Lavoro personalizzato anche per Gianluca Lapadula e Luca Antonelli. Procede l’attività di recupero dall’infortunio di Riccardo Montolivo. Assenti, invece, Ignazio Abate e Giacomo Bonaventura.
Vedremo se il Diavolo riuscirà a recuperare qualche giocatore in vista dei prossimi impegni. Quello che è certo è che Romagnoli è sulla via del rientro.
